Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate limits and boundary lines of the City of Alexander City in Tallapoosa County to include two tracts of additional territory.

Tract 1 encompasses portions of Township 22 North, Range 21 East, including all of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, portions of Section 34 north of Alabama Highway 128, the Northeast 1/4 of Section 28, portions of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, and the South 1/2 of Section 6.

Tract 2 encompasses portions of Township 22 North, Range 22 East above the 490-foot contour elevation, including all of Section 8 on the east side of Lake Martin, all of Section 9 south of the Central of Georgia Railroad, and the west one-half of the southwest 1/4 of Section 16.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Tallapoosa County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or otherwise becoming law.
