Proposes a local constitutional amendment to Amendment 508 authorizing nonprofit organizations to operate bingo games for prizes or money in Calhoun County, subject to county and municipal regulations.

Prohibits bingo operation within 1,000 yards of a residence or in residential areas within unincorporated areas of Calhoun County.

Establishes operational requirements including: players must be age 19 or older (unless accompanied by parent/guardian); nonprofit organizations must have existed for at least 12 months prior to licensure; bingo must operate only on premises owned or leased by the nonprofit; and lease rates cannot be based on percentage of bingo receipts or profits.

Restricts nonprofits from contracting with third parties to operate bingo on their behalf, lending their name for bingo operations, or paying consulting fees related to bingo games.

Directs election officials to hold a countywide referendum at the next primary or special election as determined by the county commission, with voters choosing yes or no on the amendment.
