Authorizes the City of Hamilton in Marion County to permit the sale of draft or keg beer and malt beverages by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board upon adoption of a city ordinance.

Applies existing city resolutions and ordinances governing the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer to draft or keg beer and malt beverages, except where this act provides otherwise.

Grants the Hamilton City Council authority to further regulate any aspect of draft or keg beer and malt beverage sales through ordinance.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval or upon otherwise becoming law.
