Extends the corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County to include Unit 12B of the Kingfish Lodge Condominium within city boundaries.

References condominium documents recorded between March 1982 and April 1997, including the original Declaration of Condominium and subsequent amendments filed in Baldwin County records.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
