Amends Section 11 of Act 81-599 (1981) regarding distribution of sales and use tax proceeds in Cullman County.

Adds the Cullman County Fire Association Training Center as an eligible recipient to receive an equal share of the 5 percent allocation designated for rural volunteer fire departments.

The Hanceville Fire Department and Cullman County Fire Association Training Center each receive a share equal to that of individual volunteer fire departments listed in the statute.

Allows the Cullman County Commission to designate additional volunteer fire departments to receive funds by resolution, upon recommendation of the Cullman County Volunteer Fire Department Association and the Cullman office of the Alabama Forestry Commission.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
