Sets the annual salary of the Marshall County Sheriff at $90,000 effective the next term of office, payable in the same manner and at the same time as other county employees.

Provides that the $90,000 salary shall be the sole compensation for the position, replacing any other compensation provided by law.

Retroactively ratifies and confirms any cost-of-living raises, merit raises, or other compensation granted to the sheriff prior to the act's effective date, with such compensation continuing through the end of the current term of office.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
