Increases service of process fees in Colbert County's District and Circuit Courts by $17.50 per document for locally originated civil cases served by the sheriff's office or its designee.

Establishes a new $50 fee per document for out-of-state generated civil cases served by the sheriff's office or its designee in Colbert County courts.

Allocates collected fees from locally originated documents with $5 retained by the Colbert County Circuit Clerk's Office and $25 remitted to the Sheriff's Civil Process Fund.

Directs all fees from out-of-state documents to the Colbert County Sheriff's Office for deposit in the Sheriff's Civil Process Fund, with the sheriff authorized to use generated monies for law enforcement purposes.

Ratifies any prior collection actions and use of these fees before the effective date; act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval.
