• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Pell City in St. Clair County, Alabama to annex specified territory.

• Annexes a parcel located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25 and Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 16 South, Range 3 East in St. Clair County, including 29 specific tax parcel numbers.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in St. Clair County and made available for public inspection under Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).
