Commends Bradley Walker, a singer born in 1978 in Athens, Alabama, for his outstanding musical talent in country, bluegrass, and gospel music despite being born with muscular dystrophy.

Walker began singing at age three, appeared on Nashville Now at age 11 with the Oak Ridge Boys, and performed on Jerry Lewis' Muscular Dystrophy Association telethon.

Released debut album Highway of Dreams in 2006 on Rounder Records with guest appearances by Vince Gill, Rhonda Vincent, Rob Ickes, Ron Block, and Larry Cordle, winning Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2007 International Bluegrass Music Association Awards.

Signed with Gaither Music Group in 2015 and released album Call Me Old-Fashioned in 2016, which debuted at number nine on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.

House adopted resolution on April 18, 2019 and Senate adopted on April 30, 2019, extending best wishes for continued success in future endeavors.
