Designates March 7 of each year as Tuskegee Airmen Day in the State of Alabama.

Recognizes the Tuskegee Airmen as the first African American military aviators in the U.S. Army Air Corps, predecessor to the U.S. Air Force.

Honors the all-African American squadron formed in Tuskegee, Alabama in 1941, which became one of the most highly respected fighter groups in World War II.

Acknowledges the Tuskegee Airmen's service overcoming segregation and prejudice to defend the United States and secure American freedoms.

House adopted the resolution on April 18, 2019, and the Senate adopted it on May 7, 2019.
