Addresses the lack of awareness among Alabamians regarding available state unemployment benefits during economic crises and difficulty navigating the application process.

Directs the Alabama Department of Labor to inform residents of unemployment benefits available to them following federal employee furloughs.

Requires a copy of the resolution to be delivered to the Secretary of the Alabama Department of Labor.
