Commends Mrs. Nancy Robertson for 42 years of dedicated service as Executive Director of Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG) upon her retirement.

Recognizes her career beginning in 1977, including her work as Director of Aging Programs starting in 1984, which increased TARCOG's aging funds from $1.4 million in 1984 to over $10 million.

Notes her 2013 appointment as Executive Director and implementation of a successful 4-year post-hospital assistance program for seniors, expanding agency staff to 70 people with a budget exceeding $14 million.

Acknowledges her service as twice President of the Southeastern Association of Area Agencies on Aging and her current leadership role in the Singing River Trail Task Force developing a greenway connecting three counties.

House adopted the resolution on May 7, 2019 and the Senate adopted it on May 8, 2019.
