Creates the Statewide Trauma System Funding Committee to study revenue measures supporting the continuance and expansion of Alabama's trauma system established under Act 2007-299.

Committee membership includes 11 voting positions: chairs of House Ways and Means and Senate Finance committees, one Governor's office representative, two emergency medical services representatives, one economic development representative, two designated trauma hospital representatives, and three medical professionals (two trauma surgeons and one emergency physician).

Appointing authorities must coordinate selections to ensure diversity of gender, race, and geographical representation reflecting the state's makeup.

Committee must report findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Legislature no later than the 10th legislative day of the 2021 Regular Session, then dissolve.

Legislative members receive regular compensation, per diem, and travel expenses for committee meeting attendance under Alabama Constitution Amendment 871.
