References President Donald Trump's 2017 declaration of November 7 as a National Day for the Victims of Communism and the bipartisan U.S. Congressional Caucus for the Victims of Communism.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation and post the designation on the Alabama Legislature website.
