Honors her 20+ years of service as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Jackson Hospital and her nearly 50 years as a musician at Mt. Olive No. 1 Baptist Church in Rockville, Alabama.

Recognizes her surviving family members, including four sons, three daughters, a brother, a sister, and numerous grandchildren.
