Records the death of Mr. Thomas J. "Jack" Lee on February 24, 2019, at age 83 from New Market, Alabama.

Honors Lee's 36-year career in aerospace engineering, including positions with the U.S. Army Ballistic Missile Agency, NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (where he served as Director from July 1989 to January 1994), and leadership of the Spacelab Program Office.

Recognizes his extensive community service as Chair of the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission, President of the Sci-Quest Hands-On Science Center, past President of the National Space Club, and mentor to high school students.

Notes his survived family members: wife Jean Lee, son Ronald Kevin Lee, stepson Patrick Jason Manning, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
