Commends the GFWC Book Lovers Study Club of Russellville, Alabama on its 90th anniversary, organized and federated in 1928-1929 with 19 charter members.

Club has maintained affiliation with the General Federation of Women's Clubs International and the Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs for 90 years and supports six community service programs: arts, conservation, education, home life, International Outreach, and public issues.

Club members have received numerous state and national awards for volunteer service and donations, including support for Russellville Public Library, city schools libraries, scholarships, downtown beautification, and various charitable organizations.

Recognizes the club as an icon in Russellville and Franklin County for 90 years of community service and charitable work.
