Mourns the death of Mr. Kevin "Sinclair" Nero of Montgomery, Alabama, who died on April 20, 2019, at age 63.

Recognizes Mr. Nero's educational achievements, including a pole vault scholarship to Alabama State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science earned in 1980.

Honors his 38-year military career at Gunter Air Force Base as a computer programmer, systems analyst, and project manager supporting the Air Force and Department of Defense.

Acknowledges his leadership in jazz radio through his program on WVAS 90.7 FM and his memberships in the Alabama Jazz and Blues Federation, Nat King Cole Society, and multiple community organizations.

Extends condolences to his survivors, including his wife of 38 years, Marietta Varner Nero; daughters Aundrea Nero and Nicole Sonaike; and extended family members.
