Honors her 25 years of service as a member of The Gospel Jubilees of Tuskegee, Alabama, and her work as Chairperson of Reach and Rescue Ministry BMBC.

Recognizes her decades of community advocacy as a voter registration advocate in the Beauregard Community of Opelika, Alabama, where she has been a resident for over 40 years.

Dedicates the resolution to Earnestine Reese and her family, celebrating her steadfast faith, bravery, and strength as an inspiration to all.
