Commends Alabama artist Fred Nall Hollis (known internationally as Nall) for his distinguished career working in varied media with studios in Vence, France and Fairhope, Alabama.

Recognizes Hollis's organization of the Alabama Art Exhibit featuring 13 artists, resulting in the book "Alabama Art" now permanently housed in the Mobile Museum of Art and honored with major regional awards.

Notes Hollis served as artist-in-residence at the University of Alabama and Troy University, with the Fred Nall Hollis Gallery permanently established in Troy University's International Art Center.

Acknowledges Hollis's work showcased at the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and Pietrasanta, Italy, and his collaboration with Retirement Systems of Alabama properties to display "Alabama Art" for visitors.

Honors Hollis for his internationally renowned talent and tireless advocacy supporting the fine arts in Alabama, recognized by the City of Troy on May 7, 2019.
