Commends Mr. Ronald Leslie Glass for his outstanding professional achievements upon his retirement.

Recognizes Glass's service as a volunteer firefighter for many years, including his tenure as chief of Loretto VFD from 1985 to 1998 and his active involvement with the Cullman County and Alabama Associations of Volunteer Fire Departments.

Credits Glass with being influential in securing legislation to support volunteer firefighters and funding for volunteer fire departments throughout the state during his service on the AAVFD Board of Directors.

Acknowledges Glass's 21 years of service with Cullman County Schools as a bus driver and substitute teacher at Good Hope High School, following his 27 years of employment at ARAMARK.
