Recognizes May 21, 2019, as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated Day at the Alabama Capitol.

Commends Kappa Alpha Psi on its 108th anniversary, founded January 5, 1911, at Indiana University with a fundamental purpose of "achievement in every field of human endeavor."

Notes the fraternity has more than 150,000 members across over 721 undergraduate, alumni, and international chapters and sponsors community service, social welfare, and academic scholarship programs.

Acknowledges five core objectives including uniting college men of culture and patriotism, promoting spiritual and moral welfare, assisting colleges and universities, and inspiring public service.

Highlights that three members of the Alabama House of Representatives are fraternity members: Anthony Daniels (Ranking Minority Leader), A.J. McCampbell (House Black Caucus Chairman), and Thomas "Action" Jackson (Ranking Minority Member), along with Senator David Burkett.
