Recognizes June 18, 2019, as a celebration of life for Emantic Fitzgerald Bradford, Jr., on the anniversary of his 22nd birthday.

Acknowledges Bradford's military service with an honorable discharge from the United States Army and his role as caretaker for his father after his cancer diagnosis.

Notes Bradford attended St. Mary's Elementary in Fairfield, Bessemer City Middle School, Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School, and was enrolled in college courses at Lawson State Community College in Birmingham.

Honors Bradford as a loving, God-fearing young man who enjoyed helping others and was close to his siblings Khalil Pipkins and Andrew Bradford.

Directs the House to recognize and honor Bradford's life and requests that his family receive a copy of the resolution.
