Extends highest commendation to the 2019 All-Alabama Academic Team members for outstanding achievement in academics and leadership.

Team sponsors include the Alabama Deans of Student Affairs Association, Alabama Instructional Officers' Association, Alabama Financial Management Association, Alabama Presidents' Association, Phi Theta Kappa, and several corporate sponsors.

Team objectives are to establish partnership between Alabama two-year colleges and Phi Theta Kappa, promote educational excellence, increase public awareness of two-year college quality, and recognize outstanding students.

Recognizes 47 named team members selected based on academic excellence and eligibility criteria from Alabama two-year colleges.

Directs provision of resolution copies to each team member as expression of best wishes for future happiness and success.
