Diamond Sparks is an outstanding student at Alabama School of Fine Arts in Birmingham who has excelled despite losing both parents at a young age and has an innate vocal gift recognized by faculty

Diamond has performed internationally with an Honors Performance Series in Australia, qualified for All-State Choir all four high school years, sung for Harry Belafonte, and performed the National Anthem at community events while maintaining high academic standards with limited financial and transportation resources
