Terminates all adoption and implementation of Common Core State Standards and Alabama College and Career Ready Standards in K-12 public schools, including related assessments and data collection.

Requires the State Board of Education to replace Common Core Standards with new Alabama Core Standards for Math and English Language Arts beginning in the 2021-2022 school year, adopted through the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act.

Directs the State Superintendant and State Board of Education to terminate the federal flexibility waiver agreement with the U.S. Department of Education pertaining to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.

Prohibits adoption or implementation of any national standards that cede control of Alabama educational standards, including Next Generation Science Standards, History Standards, Social Studies Standards, and Sexuality Standards.

Permits use of college entrance exams, workforce skills assessments, advanced placement courses, career technical credentials, and other specific certifications to continue in public schools.

Grants any Alabama citizen standing to bring suit in state courts to enforce the act's provisions.
