Applies only to Lee County and prohibits any person from soliciting or requesting charitable contributions along the right-of-way or at four-way stop intersections on public roads, streets, or highways.

Violators are subject to a civil fine not to exceed $100.

Violations are adjudicated in municipal court or district court, as appropriate.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
