Revises Section 28-9-4 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand the list of prohibited actions that beer suppliers may take against wholesalers, from 12 to 20 specific restrictions.

Adds two new prohibitions: suppliers cannot require wholesalers to collect and submit retail market data, and cannot require wholesalers to construct, expand, or remodel warehouse or office space.

Changes language regarding forced inventory acceptance from "coerce or attempt to coerce" to "require," while allowing suppliers to impose reasonable inventory requirements made in good faith and applied generally to similarly situated wholesalers.

Creates new Section 28-9-5.1 establishing that possession and risk of loss of beer transfers from supplier to wholesaler when the wholesaler receives beer at the wholesaler's place of business during established operating hours.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
