• Increases maximum weekly unemployment benefit from $265 to $275 effective January 1, 2020, when calculated benefit exceeds $274.50.

• Reduces total maximum benefits available from 26 weeks to 14 weeks when state's average unemployment rate is at or below 6.5 percent, with additional weeks added for each 0.5 percent increase up to maximum of 20 weeks if unemployment rate equals or exceeds 9.5 percent.

• Reduces benefit reduction for voluntary quit disqualification from 6-12 weeks of lost benefits to 3-9 weeks.

• Reduces benefit reduction for failure to accept suitable work from 1-10 weeks to 1-5 weeks.

• Changes disqualification for general misconduct from 3-7 weeks to 4 weeks with proportional reduction in total benefit amount.
