Proposes an amendment to Section 63 of Article IV of the Alabama Constitution of 1901 to exempt redistricting bills from the requirement that every bill be read at length before final passage.

Maintains all other existing requirements for bills, including being read on three different days in each house and requiring a yeas and nays vote with member names entered in the journal.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a general election conducted according to Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution.

Election officials shall assign a ballot number and display the amendment description as "Proposing an amendment to Section 63 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to the legislative process, to exempt redistricting bills from the requirement that every bill be read at length before final passage."
