• Proposes a local constitutional amendment for Macon County to expand the existing bingo authorization under Amendment 744 to allow play on electronic machines authorized by the National Indian Gaming Commission under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. §2701 et seq.).

• Permits bingo games to be operated by any Native American tribe in Alabama on qualifying electronic machines, with rules to be adopted by the Sheriff of Macon County.
