Proposes constitutional amendment to allow the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County to exercise equity jurisdiction concurrent with circuit court authority in cases originally filed in the Probate Court, provided the judge is a member of the Alabama State Bar.

Grants the probate judge the full power and authority of a circuit court judge in such cases, with cases treated in all respects as if filed in circuit court.

Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure apply to cases under this amendment except as otherwise provided by law, and the amendment is self-executing.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held in accordance with Sections 284 and 284.01 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
