• Allows any member of the Legislature or the Joint Committee on Administrative Regulation Review to request that an agency prepare and submit a Business Economic Impact Statement without requiring a business to first notify the agency.

• Extends the license or permit approval timeline from 28 to 30 calendar days for agencies to fulfill requests or notify applicants of reasons for denial.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
