• Annexes a parcel located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25 and Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 16 South, Range 3 East, with detailed metes and bounds description including multiple deed references and tax parcel numbers.

• Includes approximately 47 specific tax parcels within the annexation, referenced by their tax parcel numbers in St. Clair County.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in St. Clair County and made available for public inspection under Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-42-6(b).
