Memorializes Congress to approve the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) to ensure continuity in trade among the three North American economic partners.

Highlights that since NAFTA entered into force in 1994, trade with Canada and Mexico has nearly quadrupled to $1.3 trillion, with the two countries purchasing more than one-third of U.S. merchandise exports.

Notes that NAFTA contributed to a 350 percent increase in U.S. agricultural exports to Canada and Mexico, with Canadians and Mexicans purchasing $478 billion of U.S. manufactured goods in 2014.

States that the USMCA contains the most comprehensive intellectual property provisions of any multilateral U.S. trade agreement and are vastly superior to those in NAFTA.

Directs that official copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Congress members, U.S. Trade Representative, Secretaries of Commerce, State, and Labor, and other relevant federal officials.
