Honors Mack Daugherty upon his retirement as Chief of Security for Russell Lands after 25 years of service.

Recognizes Daugherty's combined 41 years of military and law enforcement service, including 20 years with CSX Railroad as a Locomotive Engineer and service as a commissioned member of the Elmore, Coosa, and Tallapoosa Counties Sheriff's Departments.

Acknowledges his 45 years of service as a Minister of Music and Worship Leader, including 16 years at Church in the Pines/Children's Harbor Chapel.

Notes his current service as a member of the Elmore County Commission and his family of wife Mary Colley (married 46 years), two children, and four grandchildren.
