Commends Mr. John L. Hardy for his distinguished record of professional achievement and service to the State of Alabama.

Recognizes Mr. Hardy's 33 years of service with the Alabama Department of Human Resources, retiring April 1, 2019.

Acknowledges his career progression including roles as General Services Division staff member (1990), Legislative Liaison (2000), Administrative Services Officer II (2011), and Governmental Relations Manager (2008) in the Office of Communications where he served 20 years.

Honors his tireless dedication, exceptional abilities, widespread admiration, and respect earned throughout his state service.
