Designates nine bills as the special, paramount, and continuing order of business taking precedence over all other matters for the Fourth Legislative day only.

SB69 (Senator Albritton): Amends marriage license recording procedures by judges of probate and transmission to Vital Statistics office.

SB84 (Senator Melson): Requires Commission on Higher Education to convene deans of public and private institutions at least twice yearly to discuss student access and success, with annual reporting to Legislature and Governor.

SB14 (Senator Melson): Allows elective Bible study courses in public schools grades 6-12 and permits display of related artifacts, monuments, symbols, and text, with State Board of Education implementing rules.

SB59, SB41, SB37, SB62, and SB30 also designated for special consideration covering public health clinical materials reporting, sexual assault victim rights, nursing loan repayment programs, roofing contract cancellations, and court cost hardship waivers.
