Establishes a special order calendar for the Fifth Legislative day only, giving specified bills priority over all other matters.

SB38 (Senator Reed): Allows the Board of Nursing to enter into the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact and amends related sections of Alabama nursing law (Secs. 34-21-20.01, 34-21-120 to 34-21-130, 34-21-1, 34-21-2, 34-21-21, 34-21-22, 34-21-25).

SB74 (Senator Orr): Increases width and weight restrictions for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and recreational off-road vehicles registered with the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency (Sec. 32-12A-1).

SB11 (Senator Coleman-Madison): Extends the statute of limitations for sex offense civil procedures by tolling the limitation period until the victim reaches age of majority.

SB80 (Senator Orr): Alters the Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee membership to include chairs of House and Senate Ways and Means and Finance and Taxation Committees, and provides for term lengths (Sec. 29-2-40).

SB70 (Senator Albritton): Creates the crime of aggravated fraud under Alabama commercial law and consumer protection statutes (Sec. 13A-8-220).
