• Establishes a special order calendar for the Twenty-second Legislative day with 21 bills taking precedence over all other matters until disposed of.

• Senate bills include measures on apprenticeships, self-service storage facilities, motor vehicle safety belts, opioid prescribing oversight, oversized vehicle permits, the Governor's Mansion Authority, teachers' retirement benefits, and autonomous vehicles.

• House bills address nurse anesthetist insurance coverage, firefighter cancer benefits, county jail feminine hygiene products, hospital billing practices, absentee voting for disabled voters, parental rights for blind individuals, and real estate appraiser regulations.

• Additional House bills cover business licensing fees, taxation reforms for financial institutions and revenue collection procedures, and released time for religious education.
