Proposes a local constitutional amendment to Macon County allowing bingo authorized under Amendment 744 to be played on electronic machines authorized by the National Indian Gaming Commission under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. §2701 et seq.).

Authorizes Native American tribes operating in Alabama to operate electronic bingo machines in Macon County in accordance with rules adopted by the Sheriff of Macon County.

Exempts bingo games authorized by this amendment from Alabama Code sections 8-1-150, 13A-12-20 through 13A-12-27, and 13A-12-30 relating to gambling offenses.

Requires an election on the proposed amendment to be held in accordance with Section 284.01 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.

Specifies ballot language describing the amendment for voter consideration with Yes/No options.
