Requires health care providers to report all vaccine administrations to the State Board of Health's immunization registry, including historical vaccination records for all ages.

Mandates health care providers review the immunization registry before administering a vaccine unless they have a bi-directional electronic interface with the registry system.

Providers using bi-directional interfaces must review historical vaccination information through that interface before administration and enter administered vaccine data either electronically or manually.

Exempts annual influenza vaccinations from the pre-administration registry review requirement, though flu vaccine data must still be reported to the registry.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
