Amends the Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act to prohibit the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems (vaping) in any place where smoking is already prohibited.

Expands employer designations to include "no smoking or vaping" and "smoking and vaping" areas in workplaces, with employees retaining the right to designate their work areas as nonsmoking and nonvaping.

Extends existing penalties for smoking violations under the Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act to include violations involving vaping.

Defines "electronic nicotine delivery system" and "vaping" in the statute, with the former referencing Section 28-11-2 for its definition.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
