Declares all federal laws, federal and state court decisions, and federal and state executive orders pertaining to extreme risk protection orders void and unenforceable in Alabama.

Prohibits Alabama state agencies and political subdivisions from accepting any federal grants intended for implementing or enforcing extreme risk protection orders against state residents.

Makes it a Class D felony for any individual, including law enforcement officers, to attempt to enforce an extreme risk protection order issued by a federal court or pursuant to federal law.

Voids any federal or state judicial orders or findings that would force an extreme risk protection order against an Alabama resident if it would infringe upon constitutional rights.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
