Proposes a constitutional amendment allowing the Judge of Probate of Bibb County to exercise equity jurisdiction concurrent with circuit court jurisdiction in cases originally filed in Bibb County Probate Court if the judge is a member of the Alabama State Bar.

Grants the probate judge the power and authority of a circuit court judge in cases subject to this amendment, with cases treated identically to those filed in circuit court.

Applies Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure to cases under this amendment except as otherwise specified by law, with the amendment being self-executing though the Legislature may enact implementing legislation if needed.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held in accordance with Section 284 and Section 284.01 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
