Alters and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Oak Grove in Talladega County, Alabama.

Annexes the East Half of Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 21 South, Range 3 East to the town's corporate limits.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Talladega County and made available for public inspection in accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor or otherwise becoming law.
