Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Oak Grove in Talladega County, Alabama.

Annexes Lot Number 19 of Mountain View Lake Subdivision to the Town of Oak Grove, with the property plat recorded in Map Book 4, Page 104 of the Talladega County Probate Office.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed and kept open to public inspection at the Judge of Probate office in Talladega County in accordance with Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-42-6(b).

Became effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
