Amends Section 13A-6-183 of the Alabama Code to allow disclosure of photographs for certain prostitution-related offenses after conviction.

Persons arrested for prostitution under Division 2 of Article 3 of Chapter 12 may be held in custody for up to 72 hours and must be brought before court within 48 hours for inquiry into access to resources including health care, shelter, mental health counseling, and financial aid.

Photographs of persons convicted (not merely arrested) for prostitution remain confidential and cannot be published without a district court judge's order.

Photographs of persons who procure or solicit prostitutes or provide persons or premises for prostitution in violation of Section 13A-12-121 are designated as public records and may be published or disclosed without court order.

Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
