Requires quarterly statistical reports on sexual abuse and sexual victimization incidents in correctional facilities, with designation of whether investigations are pending or complete and findings of substantiated, unsubstantiated, or unfounded status.

Mandates quarterly reporting on inmate deaths in correctional facilities including number, manner, cause, and autopsy results, plus statistics on cell phones, electronic devices, weapons, and controlled substances recovered in facilities.

Revises the correctional officer oath of office to specify that all correctional officers must take the oath before performing duties and updates language regarding prisoner treatment and departmental regulations.
