Amends Section 13A-7-4.3 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand the definition of "critical infrastructure" to explicitly include pipelines and various other facilities.

Prohibits the operation of unmanned aircraft systems (drones) below 400 feet above ground level to conduct surveillance, gather evidence, collect information about, or record critical infrastructure without owner or operator permission.

Exempts drone operations by the federal government, state/political subdivisions, infrastructure owners/operators, those with valid rights granted by owners, law enforcement, emergency agencies, authorized insurance companies, and those under court order.

Establishes unauthorized entry of critical infrastructure as a Class A misdemeanor, with enhanced penalties elevating the offense to a Class C felony if the person damages or interferes with critical infrastructure operations during the crime.

Includes protections for lawful assembly, peaceful petition, and labor disputes, ensuring the law does not restrict these activities.
